Learning and innovation skills should be better emphasized and developed in Chilean schools

I think that Learning and innovation skills should be better emphasized and developed in Chilean schools, because the education must be meaningful for every child, in order to develop in their future lives. It is not a matter of learning just facts, but teaches them how to approach a certain problem.

Unfortunately, I have seen through my own experience within my practicum that teachers educate to fill children with just knowledge instead of teaching them how to use the knowledge. There is no competitive advantage today in knowing more than the other person, nobody cares what you know, but what people really cares, is what you can do with the knowledge.

a) Do you have any experience taking online courses?

b) What do you think about online learning? How does it compare to traditional F2F learning? Think about benefits and challenges.

I have never had any experience with online courses. In my opinion, online courses could be a good method for people who have not enough time to assist to a regular classes, because of work or many other things and that would be an usseful tool for them, by if it is not the case, I would better preffer face to face or blended learning, because with the last one, you have a mix of both and the most important thing is that you have the chance to interact personally with your teacher and classmates.
